Availability of the Instructions for Use

The current version of the Instructions for Use is available through the controlled online documentation environment. For offline reference, a PDF version of the Instructions for Use is provided with the software package. Users shall ensure that the locally stored PDF version remains available when operating the software offline.


Conventions

Throughout the help sections, the following panels are utilized:


This panel provides supplementary information intended to support correct use, configuration, and interpretation of the device. No information in this panel is related to hazardous situations or risk of harm as defined in ISO 14971.


This panel indicates a potentially hazardous situation which, if not avoided, may result in harm of minor or moderate severity to the patient or user.

Such situations may include, but are not limited to:

  • improper device setup or configuration,

  • inadequate EEG signal acquisition or poor signal quality,

  • use of incomplete or inaccurate data, or

  • misinterpretation of EEG data.

Failure to address these situations may lead to incorrect clinical decisions or inappropriate use of the device.
